T.A.A.S. Practice Questions in Resource Guides
Twenty practice T.A.A.S. questions are included in each of our twelve Texas resource guides. They are written in the T.A.A.S. multiple choice format. Answer sheets provide practice in "bubbling." Practice with transferring answers to the answer form can increase T.A.A.S. scores. These questions are also available as "240 T.A.A.S. Practice Questions" for $10.95. The order number is MBH3240. They are packed in a reclosable plastic bag, and you have our permission to reproduce them for every class in your school.

"Texas, Our Texas" Available on Audiocassette
A Texas Tribute contains the Texas state song, "Texas, Our Texas," as well as "The Eyes of Texas Are Upon You," "The Yellow Rose of Texas," and more. Instrumentals are on one side and vocals on the other. Great for plays or pageants or for just learning the songs. This audiocassette is available for $6.95. The order number is SS-5002.

Texas Video Library Has Closed Captions
Mockingbird Hill videos have verbatim closed captions. They're helpful for all children, not just the hearing impaired. Turn down your video player's volume and use the captions for silent and oral reading practice. Closed captions are not yet available on the Texas Parks & Wildlife videos.
